One of the things I loved most about Spudfit4life was having someone truly in my corner and no longer feeling alone in my struggles. Coach Lois has an incredible way of making you feel seen, like you are the only person she’s helping—no matter how many clients she’s supporting.

For me, mental health is just as important as physical fitness. I struggle deeply in my mind, and having encouragement, accountability, and understanding alongside training made a huge difference. I truly believe that when mental health, physical fitness, and proper guidance come together, it creates an unstoppable foundation for goal-setting and lasting change.

6-Week Session Feedback

  • The virtual workout option was very helpful and convenient.
  • The pace of the workouts was manageable and effective.
  • The trainer was encouraging, supportive, and very knowledgeable.

Challenges:

  • I could have been more intentional with my food choices and meal preparation.
  • Weigh-ins, measurements, and progress photos were challenging for me.
  • I need to be more consistent with drinking water.

Overall:

I truly enjoyed my 6-week Spudfit4life experience. Although I had a few work-related distractions toward the final week, I’m grateful for the opportunity and the progress I was able to make during the program.

Hi, my name is Jansynn, and I’m 29 years old. I began my journey with Spudfit4life in February 2025, and my experience with this program has been nothing short of outstanding.

In the past, I’ve tried various diets and workout plans. While I would see some progress, I was never able to stay consistent. I struggled with motivation and discipline and found myself stuck in a cycle of saying, “I’ll start again tomorrow”… but tomorrow never came. I was feeling really low and disappointed in myself.

When Coach Lois first shared what she was doing, I honestly doubted that having a coach would make much of a difference. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Having someone who truly motivates you, encourages you, and talks you off the ledge when you feel like giving up on yourself has been a complete game-changer.

Lois has been incredibly uplifting and has helped me stay afloat when negativity and self-doubt tried to pull me under. Although I’m still early in my journey and not yet at my final goal, I can already see changes—and I am beyond proud of the progress I’ve made so far.

I truly love everything about this program and the dedication Coach Lois puts into helping turn my goals into reality. Thank you so much for believing in me and for creating something that truly works.
